Where are Studio E Fabrics's offices?
Studio E Fabrics is located at 49 West 37th street in Manhattan on the North side of the street between 5th and 6th avenues on the 14th floor.

Where does Studio E Fabrics's fabric ship from?
All of Studio E Fabrics's products ship from Seneca, S.C.

Does Studio E Fabrics have its own shipping and double and rolling facility?
No, Studio E Fabrics uses a contract warehouse called G&S South in Seneca, S.C.

Where are Studio E Fabrics's products produced?
Most of Studio E Fabrics flannel products and quilting fabrics are produced in China. Some quilting fabrics are produced in Pakistan.

Can Studio E Fabrics produce custom items?
Studio E Fabrics can also print any pattern that you desire, but there is typically a 3000-6000 yard minimum order or a surcharge for smaller quantities. Please note that special orders can take anywhere from 3-6 months, so plan accordingly. For a quicker turnaround, please note that you may print one of Studio E Fabrics's existing patterns in any color from a wide library of designs. What should you do if you have a problem with your fabric or a question that you cannot get answered?

How does one get the variety of different swatch cards that Studio E Fabrics produces each year?
Please contact scott@jaftex.com or call 800-294-9495 x218 to see if you are eligible to receive Studio E Fabrics's product swatchcards. Another option would be to send a message through the contact us page.

Does Studio E Fabrics provide charitable donations or donations for shop hops?
Studio E Fabrics takes pride in donating a lot of fabrics every year to important charitable organizations and causes. Please contact us regarding donations. We try to accommodate all requests for shop hop donations as well, but prefer that some of the shops in the shop hop actually buy fabric from Studio E Fabrics.

How can one become a licensor for Studio E Fabrics?
Studio E Fabrics is always looking for new and creative designers who are interested in designing fabric lines for Studio E Fabrics and its related companies. Please feel free to send groups of designs to our home office address (attention Scott) or email them to scott@jaftex.com. Studio E Fabrics is also always seeking to create licensing arrangements with major studios, cartoons, movies, games, etc.

Studio E Fabrics's related companies?
The family that owns Studio E Fabrics also owns Henry Glass Fabrics, The Blank Quilting Corp, Jaftex Corporation, Merrivale Fabrics, Fabric Editions and A.E. Nathan. If you fill out the form ST-120 and send in a state resale certificate you are eligible to buy from Studio E Fabrics as well as Henry Glass and The Blank Quilting Corp. No need to go through the registration process again.
